Why have you changed the Peppa Pig Website?
Some of you may have noticed the Peppa Pig website has changed. We have rebuilt it so you can now have fun with Peppa on a tablet and phone. We’ve also added NEW games, episodes and activities! Check out the additional Grown-Ups section where you can find about Peppa events and competitions, plus get the latest news and join the Muddy Puddles Club.

Where have some of the old games and videos gone?
In order to provide the best experience on the Peppa Pig website we’ve had to remove some content. However, we have developed new content such as Peppa’s Paintbox, which is also available as an app. Old clips have been replaced with full Peppa episodes and we will be continuing to provide new episodes throughout the year!

What is Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and why is it important to me?
EYFS is a set of requirements that all childcare providers in the UK must adhere to. It ensures all children under the age of 5 are given the broad range of knowledge and skills that provide the right foundation for good future progress through school and life.

Some content on the Peppa website has been developed with EYFS in mind. The activities in Peppa’s Activity Maker feature a ‘Why?’ tab which shows you which themes they aim to promote.

Why do you need my information for the Muddy Puddles Club newsletter?
If you are a Parent, Grandparent or Guardian and would like to receive regular emails from the Muddy Puddles Club, we will require some personal information.

To join the club we will need your email address (so we can send regular emails to you), your name and your child’s name (so it’s personalised to you) and your child’s age (to enable us to give you specific information about your child’s development).

Who has access to my personal information?
When you submit your details to us you have an option to tick some marketing boxes. By ticking these boxes you agree that eOne (or third party data processors acting on our behalf) may collect, store and use your personal information to provide our services (and provide information about our or other 3rd party services, depending on the options selected by you), activities or online content, which may be tailored to your individual tastes. You do not have to tick these boxes.

You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time.

We will not disclose, sell or rent your personal information to any third party unless you have consented to this when you select the optional marketing tick boxes. If you do consent but later change your mind, you may contact us to amend your preferences.

What is a cookie and how is it used?
Our website uses cookies. I can’t get the games to work on the Peppa Pig website
Peppa’s Diving game, Space game, Pancake game and Peppa’s Paintbox are Flash games, so if they are not working you may need to install Flash onto your computer. You can download the Adobe Flash Player to your computer from this link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Flash games will not work on a tablet or smartphone but there is an App version of Peppa’s Paintbox, available for FREE in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

I need Adobe Acrobat to download the ‘Print and Colour’ sheets and some content in the Grown Ups ‘Downloads’ section, how can I install Adobe Acrobat?
Adobe Acrobat Reader allows you to read and print out some activities on this website. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to do this. You can download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader/
